Auxiliary Systems, Inc. (ASI) has been a trusted leader on the waterfront since 1990, delivering specialized repair solutions to a diverse maritime and industrial customer base. What began as a small U.S. Navy feed water service provider has evolved into a full-service marine repair organization with deep technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
Today, ASI provides comprehensive capabilities including the overhaul and repair of distillation and reverse osmosis plants, condenser services, oily water separator repairs, and electric motor rewinds. Since joining Elite Management Group under S23 Holdings in 2023, ASI has expanded its capabilities through access to a broader network of specialty repair companies, structural fabrication resources, prime contract project management, and a facilitized shipyard in Newport News, Virginia.
Auxiliary Systems is located in the Port of Hampton Roads VA, the worlds deepest and largest natural, ice-free harbor, and home to the nation's largest Naval base.
Our manufacturing shop specializes in sheet metal fabrication. Initially ASI started manufacturing sound attenuation closures for generators.
Our Northeast Service Center is capable of servicing all brands of plate and frame heat exchanger units on the east coast.
