Weld Shop

Capabilities

Our welders are world class.  We have experts in a variety of weld methods and metals.  Our facilities include a clean Titanium room, powder coating station, and pipe fitting shop.  We have a new pipe bender which can bend 8" steel.  With our experience and capabilities, we are able to tackle any any job on the market.  Some notable jobs we've had the opportunity to work on are: USNS LEWIS B PULLER deck mounts, SKW Tunnels, Cover Shots Golf canopies, and USCG overhauls.

ASI employs a diverse pool of craftsmen able to perform a wide range of structural work. The team includes shipfitters, shop fabricators, and welders with various certifications including steel, stainless steel, high tensile steel, aluminum, inconel, monel, copper-nickel, and titanium.
